Had a great night at Le Supreme on Wednesday evening. Our party of four turned into a party of 5 and the staff was very accommodating. They warned me on the phone that our table might be tight but when we arrived they sat us at a table perfect for our group. Our server was friendly and quick with the drinks. Beer, wine, and cocktails were all delicious. We were celebrating a medical school graduation so we went all in: oysters, escargot, and steak tar tar. All delicious. We were also given a bread basket. Why is bread so good!? The baguette was amazing. Loved how salty it was with the butter. Perfection. For mains we tried the filet, roast chicken, salmon, and beef bourgintion (bad spelling here). Mashed potatoes were delicious (more butter more better) and green beans were also a hit. We had to get the crème brûlée since we were indulging and it did not disappoint. The meal was delicious and staff was great. The manager stopped by and apologized for the wait of our meal- we hadn't even noticed as we were having such a good time. The restaurant itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the whole vibe. I would love to come again and try breakfast or lunch.

We had a wonderful dinner here! You feel like you're in a real French bistro. The service is wonderful and attentive. And the food is fabulous. What more could you want from a restaurant? My mother worked in this building back in the 60s. So it's very special to get to come here again. Make sure you go to the lobby it's so beautiful. I had the Mac & cheese, and the endive salad. They were both amazing. And I had the Alsatian Riesling, which is absolutely delicious. Mom had the rainbow trout and it was exceptional. We also got the french fries. That were delicious. Can't wait to come back.

My Mom picked Le Supreme for Mother's Day brunch and it did not disappoint. It's a cute French bistro located within the beautifully restored, historic Book Tower. Street parking was limited, so we ended up doing valet for $15, but there were also some self-park garages in the area. Since we had reservations, they had our table ready and our group of 7 was seated right away. To start, we ordered some drinks - I got the espresso martini, which was very good. I had a taste of my Mom's Mon Cheri, which was refreshing, but did not like my brother's "The Happening" - a little too funky for my taste buds. For food, we started by splitting the wild mushroom tart, which was phenomenal - 10/10 would do again. On the other hand, I did not care for the oeufs mimosa (smoked trout deviled eggs) - 2/10 would not do again. For my main I opted for the quiche Lorraine, which was quite tasty. But the desserts were the show stoppers - chocolat pot de creme was out of this world and creme brulee was delicious too. The only one we didn't like was the macarons. Overall, food and drinks were very good even with a few misses. It was quite a popular time to visit so they were busy and staff seemed stretched a bit. While they were really trying, service was on the slow side. Unless you're on a time limit, Le Supreme is definitely worth a visit!

I was visiting Detroit and craving French food and this place did not disappoint! First, the ambiance! You walk through the front door and feel like you walked into an authentic French bistro. I was instantly transported back to my times in Paris. The decor is French bistro to a T. And they have the attention to detail I love such as matchbooks, pens, and postcards with their logo on it. The food was delicious! We opted to shared some small plates and desserts with our drinks. The waiter was very knowledgeable and was able to help make suggestions. Service overall was excellent. Our waters were always kept full, empties were always whisked away, and everyone was friendly. My only disappointment is that I don't live in Detroit! This place would be a regular stop for me!

Made a reservation for noon and resturaunt wasn't incredibly busy. Host did tell us they had to prepare a table which took a couple minutes. Service overall was subpar. For the price of the meal, the service did not match. Our server was not around often, and when he did he was very abrupt with his comments and questions. He asked us what order we wanted the food out in, then proceeded to bring everything out sporadically. Also took about 15 minutes to get the bill after he boxed our food and cleared our table. Kind of noisy inside but it was a Saturday at brunch so as expected. Food overall was good. French onion soup and mac n cheese were by far the best items on the menu. Chicken apple sausage was a bit dry, and burger was a little overcooked.

Gorgeous space with beautiful decor and prompt service. We split the oysters to start, they came with lemon and migonette. We shared the wild mushroom tart, oeufs mimosa, the smoked salmon tower, and the salad nicoise. It was way more than we could eat but everything was incredible.

This place is such a gem! The place itself is beautiful and cozy, and it will make you want to jet off to France! Highlights were the mocktails, extensive wine list, deviled eggs, mushroom tart appetizer (personal fav!!), beef bourguignon, steak frites, French onion soup (large enough to be an entree) steak tartar and of course the bread they serve every table. Our group of 6 were all very satisfied by the items we ordered! I can't wait to go back and try more menu items!

This wonderful little French Bistro with a penchant for great food, cocktails, and the decor a sublime blend of art deco and art noveau. (Really love the nod to automotive stuff too) Wonderful staff, great service. We were served both still and sparkling water, followed with a complimentary basket of several house made breads (the cranberry one was amazing... I didnt think I even liked them.) paired with the house churned butter. Amazing. We started by sharing one of their signature french onion soups. More then enough for two. The most decadent we ever had. We followed with a plate of the escargot which has savory and so smooth. Highly recommend both. I was so enamored with eating I forgot pics. Between appetizers and entrees we had several signature cocktails, including the Bellini, the stoned love, and Parisian. They were all fantastic and the perfect pairing to our meals and conversation. Our entrees were for me, the BOEUF BOURGUIGNON and for her, HONEY ROASTED DUCK BREAST. Mine had these fantastic pork lardons and very savory root vegetables and mushrooms. Wonderfully dark caramelized sauce. All on a bed of mashed potatoes. I cant even find the words for hers though. The duck was exceptional. Never had it so moist inside and still a crisp skin. Amazing. The foie gras was so silky and smooth, the mouthfeel almost made me weep. For dessert they comped us some excellently smooth coffees and we ordered the tart au' citron. Basically a lemon tart with strawberries. It was the perfect after-note with the coffee to a meal well eaten. Highly recommend.

As soon as you step in, you feel as if you've been transported to Europe. There is just such a French vibe in here, and for dinner, the lighting is romantic and perfect. We closed the place out on a Saturday night, but we didn't feel rushed in any way. They were out of a couple of things - the gnocchi for example, but it was the end of the night, and it must be good! Service was maybe the tiniest bit inattentive, but they were packed. Drinks were good. We started with the seafood tower, which I highly recommend. All kinds of fresh delicious shellfish etc. - lobster, crab, shrimp, oysters, clams, a salmon tartare - all cold and perfect. I then had the sea bass which was expertly seasoned and cooked with a super crispy skin, tomatoes, herbs and teeny potato circles. We also shared a side of their macaroni and cheese, and it's so decadent, gooey and savory. Yum. I also tried the duck and the filet - both were so flavorful and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend any of those - the sauce on the filet was particularly savory and had a great depth of flavor. I love duck, and I'd return just for that - it was rare and so tender. We had the fruit tart for dessert - a perfectly crisp, buttery crust, creamy, light filling with fresh strawberries. Delicious. All in all, a wonderful experience I wish to repeat. Perfect for any occasion.
